We are looking for a Process Engineer for our concentrator plant to support the Concentrator Manager and Operations Managers in both the plant and crushing operations. You will play a central role in planning, executing, and following up on work activities, while actively contributing to improvement and safety efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively and systematically working with health, environment, and safety (HES).
  • Participating in the planning of operations, processes, and maintenance to achieve production goals.
  • Collecting, evaluating, and reporting data for process control and development, as well as for gold accounting (metal accounting).
  • Taking part in improvement projects within operations and processes, as well as in the implementation and development of new solutions (safety, operations, technology, process, and personnel).
  • Being involved in the strategic and systematic work to achieve the lowest possible gold content in waste.
  • Providing technical support to crushing, the plant, and tailings dams.
  • Conducting laboratory work.
  • Collaborating with other relevant individuals and departments to achieve the best results.
  • Actively working to ensure structure, order, and tidiness in the workplace.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A university degree in process/mineral engineering or metallurgy, or equivalent documented experience. Ideally with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of processes and control systems.
  • Previous experience in the mining industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
